Flooding in Corrientes and Entre Ríos affects more than 400 people

Rising waters in the Uruguay and Paraná rivers flooded towns in both provinces and affected more than 400 people.
In Paso de los Libres, dozens of people were evacuated, and the Uruguay River exceeded the level set for evacuations.
In Concordia, at least six families were evacuated; authorities warned that rain could increase the number of people forced to leave their homes.
Entre Ríos declared a water emergency and strengthened flood defenses and efforts to help drain the water.
Authorities expect the rains and rising waters to worsen the emergency in the coming months.
