Police arrested 19-year-old Alexandros Paporakis on October 11; investigators said he may have been planning a mass shooting at a Hindu place of worship in Aurora, though the intended location was not confirmed.
Investigators recovered a document attributed to Paporakis expressing white-supremacist and extremist views, along with a rifle, ammunition and tactical equipment.
Paporakis faces charges of making a terrorist threat and unlawful weapons possession; a judge ordered him detained, with his next court appearance scheduled for October 30.
